Introduction
品种介绍Kelp is China's highest-volume farmed seaweed; Rongcheng (Shandong) and Dalian are traditional main origins. Rich in iodine, it is a key dietary iodine source for inland regions; 'kombu' is its traditional dual-use (food and medicine) name.
Kelp works fresh or dried with a rich variety of processed forms — the bulk commodity of budget seaweeds.

Storage: dry, away from light and moisture; dried product must be protected from mold; salted product keeps at 0–4°C refrigerated. Parameters above are reference values — adjust to harvest season and process.
Economic Value
经济价值A mature industry chain covering kelp knots, shreds, slices and kombu sheets with rising value-add. Low price, huge volume — the foundational category of dried-seafood channels.
